Following her Ogden shows in November, Rezz has made good on her word, as she will headline Red Rocks for the first time on October 13. The Red Rocks date adds to the electronic artist’s meteoric rise over the past year and a half to the forefront of the genre.

Persian-Ukrainian, Rezazadeh was born in Ukraine and has been increased with her Ukrainian mother and Iranian father, prior to moving to Canada in a young age. While attending school, she worked at Hard Rock Cafe in Niagara Falls. After bypassing work to attend festivals, she had been fired. Rezz’s participation from the Toronto scene helped expand her style. Occasions like Bassmentality and shows in The Government nightclub helped shape not just Rezz, but an age motivated from DJ school tours. Rezazadeh started DJing at age 16, playing with music by other musicians till she became motivated by a Deadmau5 concert to make her very own. She had been noticed on a site from Skrillex, who subsequently followed closely mailed a message on Twitter.
